International Shipping:
We offer free shipping to all countries with any order over $150 USD.
Free shipping discount is counted in USD only. International customers will have to reach $150USD in their respective currency exchange.
To modify an order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line, and details of the desired modifications.
We are only able to modify orders if they have not been shipped. This is dependent on the construction periods of your ordered items.
Orders with long construction periods will have more time to modify their order.
Orders with shorter construction periods are recommended to contact us sooner to make their changes.
To change your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line and the new shipping address details.
We currently do not accept exchanges for issues such as incorrect sizing, colors, etc.
We understand that Chinese sizing runs smaller compared to US sizes, and this can be especially surprising for first-timers. We highly recommend sizing up once or twice if you are unsure.
For hanfu, please add 3-4 cm to your body measurements for the best fit.
For qipao, we recommend adding 5+ cm to your body measurements and to consider the widest part of your body (whether it be the bum or hips) while picking a size.
Hanfu always looks better with more fabric and is easily adjustable. However, hanfu with not enough fabric will look odd.
Qipaos can always be altered in, but if there's not enough room for you to walk comfortably, it's no good!
In cases of damaged products or other major imperfections, exchanges or refunds may be possible.

Due to a recent update in our warehouse policy, we are no longer able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Returned packages can no longer be returned to our brands due to a shortened return window, and cannot be reused as future inventory.
However, if you receive an item that has significant damage or major defects, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We are happy to investigate and assist with any issues regarding product quality.
